When you sign up for the PLATINUM subscription plan it includes up to 4 clear retainers every 12 months for 6 years. A digital scan will be kept on file. If the ,patient’s teeth have moved due to non-compliance a new scan may be required for a nominal fee. Other restrictions may apply.
